My friend just sent me this- off of youtwo.net's day in history

March 29, 1981: U2 visits Red Rocks

After a successful show in Denver the night before, U2 visits the Red Rocks Amphitheater for the first time. Local concert promoter Chuck Morris tells the band "You'll play here some day."

thats a damn fine idea!! I would skip work, eat goldfish, camp out, resort to obscenity, basically whatever it takes to get THOSE tickets!!!!!1!!!!!!!

Hummm...what would I do for those tickets?
I'd empty two of my four bank accounts to see U2 at Red Rocks. I'd say I would do anything, but I don't know if that's true...
