I'm not one to get excited about computer software but Microsoft Photosynth has changed that.
This software will revolutionize how we view our photos and think of digital photography. Photosynth takes photos of a location, and through an advanced computer algorithm, connects the photos into a 3D digital world.
Microsoft has a Java tech preview available at labs.live.com/photosynth.
I'm excited about the future possibilities of this software. Imagine if our digital photo's of the world were collected, a 3d virtual world could be created by our photos.
