space oddity...

The South African shows were the first shows on the tour where they didn't use the 'space oddity' as the 'cue song', and replaced it with the get on your boots gospel choir remix.

I really really hope this was specifically for these two shows, and not for the rest of the tour. I've grown to absolutely love david bowie for the opening.

what do yall think? will we see it come back for the rest of the tour?

I thought that remix of Boots was a really cool opening, but my guess it was just specifically for those shows.

I don't know if they'll bring Space Oddity back or find something else to replace it with, but my guess is that we won't see the Boots remix opening again.

Loved the boots remix....

Wish they could encorporate all of Boots remix, soon and ROTSG...

Think it'd be too much all in a row though.

Soon > the boots remix (perhaps mixed into it to provide nice segueism...) > Return of the Stingray Guitar.

I wasn't sold on stingray guitar on the ruopean leg, but seeing it live in Sydney won me over. It was mental.

All 3 have worked for mine, we just need them to unleash the monster
