don't know if this has been asked before (sorry if it's already been answered), but when will thi book be released in the US. So far i've only been able to find it on amazonuk......thanks for your help!

Well this thread is old but I'll answer anyways....

It's out and in the books store now. I've seen it at Barnes and Noble. I ordered it from amazon.com US before I saw it at B&N and got it in less than a week. If they don't have it on the shelf at B&N they can order it for you.
