Nobody gives more hype to mediocre former players like the New York Knicks lol

Ladies and gentlemen, here's Tim Thomas and Stephon Marbury and their combined zero playoff wins.

If Dolan really wants to fully rehab his image - he needs to go make nicey nice with Oak.

It's time for the Knicks players, fans, organization, alumni, the city of New York with the stupid street signs...

time to shut the fuck up.

You haven't won shit. Celebrate after you win the damn thing - not before.

As a Knicks fan I am sure you have watched Brunson play. Complaining about officiating is verboten. Dude pushes off on 101% of his drives.

First off - everyone pushes off on every drive. Brunson, Tatum, Edwards, whoever.

Alas - what Brunson does is something I probably would hate if he wasn't on my team - but it's also a bit different from, say, SGA's flat out flopfest.

He stops when he gets in front of people to let them run into him. It's kinda bullshit, but also incredibly difficult to legislate out because it IS a foul, as opposed to the Harden lean in that they worked to get out of the game.

I readily admit that it can be a frustrating, hard watch. But it's not illegal.

So, uh, yea - I'm going to complain about the refs.

Knicks: GM trades or lose in free agency all their toughness (and assets) for a big who doesn't like to play like a big and a wing who celebrates every dumb shot in the first quarter but disappears in the fourth.

Knicks Fans: why did Thibs do this?

The lunacy is crazy. Knicks just simply aren't as good as they were last year, and sorry, Cade Cunningham is better than Jalen Brunson. He just probably doesn't realize it yet, and that's their saving grace.

Leon Rose gave up all of their assets for Mikal Bridges - who has not lived up to expectations and while he may be better than DiVincenzo is no where near as tough as DiVincenzo was - who was given up for KAT, who may be a bigger talent than anything that went out but is also lacking in toughness and assertiveness. Ant said so himself. We should have listened.

But the biggest loss of all was Hartenstein. Letting him walk for nothing was one thing. It would have been hard to match salary.

But let him walk and making zero attempt to replace his production was just mind numbingly stupid. You needed another big, especially with Robinson's health issues - and you never got him. Didn't need prime Shaq, just needed a serviceable guy who was tough and would crash the offensive glass. Everything else could have fallen into place with one more piece - a hustling, tough, backup center.

Knicks will lose to Detroit. Dolan will fire Thibs. And the Knicks still won't be as good as Boston or Cleveland unless they make some moves.
Ok maybe I was right but Crazy Joe Mazulla is just a dope

Two other things became quite obvious here...

Denver, who took OKC to seven, are absolutely wasting a generational talent with that shit roster.

And the Lakers, who got smoked by Minnesota, are complete and utter trash.

I love inside the NBA and all... but, uh, the extended goodbyes and self congratulations are a bit much considering that, ya know, THEY'RE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.

it's not like they're even moving to ESPN... TNT will still produce the show. It'll just air on ESPN.

It's similar to my absolute rage that these pregame show folks think we care who wins their pick 'em.

It's just odd. The only people impacted on the TNT side is the in game crew. The studio hosts, producers, stagehands, etc. are coming back next year. But every show is like an Inside The NBA funeral. It's a bit much.
