MLB Thread 2012 - The Postseason

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
The power of Epstein and Hoyer. The Cubs actually have a better outlook than a lot of people give them credit for at this point.

Yeah, well, once Felix is a Yankee when he's 38 and is pressured to start juicing like New York stars are, maybe he can lead the team to artificial World Series titles too!

Anything is possible. Randy Johnson pitched for the Yankees when he was in his early 40's. And good old A-Rod was a Mariner before he came to Texas and then the Yankees. Gee, wonder if he ever took steroids in Seattle? :hmm:

And neither is Derek Jeter. Or Mariano Rivera. Or Mark Teixeira. Or CC Sabathia.

As long as we're speculating using zero fact.

Fuck him. Yeah, we may have been "spoiled" with a lot of success in a short amount of time, but at least we didn't quit on the god damn team multiple times. It wasn't the fans who lolol'd over dropping a routine fly ball in Game 162. It wasn't the fans who GIDP'd on the first pitch in the first inning of the wild card game after Kins and Elvis reached base. It wasn't the fans who made up excuse after excuse for poor performance while being coddled like a child.

Seriously, fuck that guy. How convenient that "God" told him to go to the place offering the most exorbitant amount of money.

He's not playing in LA, no matter how much that franchise wants you to believe they are an LA team.

He better hope he wins a World Series in Anaheim because he won't have enough good years to make it into the Hall of Fame. Plus, here's some more speculation with zero facts: He came into Angels' camp a lot slimmer. :hmm:

I really hate that blue/red look with no white mixed in. I wore shirts like that in kindergarten.
