cuz i'm underage, silly! at least that's how it is here, if you are under 21 and you get pulled over and they do an alcohol test on you, you're more likely to go to jail for a dui than if you're over 21. the BAC numbers are stricter for those under 21. i don't remember the exact numbers, but i learned them last year in health class. but i doubt a shot of brandy i had at 2 am is still in me.
