IE Question!

This page has been soooo fast lately and I found out that I have to refresh everything when I get here and this also happens on other webpages if not I get a bunch of old stuff. For those who know, how do I turn this option off? I want the newest stuff all the time, from everywhere, even if it takes 5 more seconds. Thank you!!

Yknow this sounds kinda like a problem I had with my old comp near the end there.

All I can suggest is try going under

Tools
Internet Options
In the General tab click 'settings' under temporary internet files and make sure the 'Automatically' box is marked.
