It's tough to do this, but I want to stop and thank all of you for being who you are. Tragedies make you think about this in a different light. Things can happen in a blink of an eye, out of your control. We have to cherish the people we meet, the time we have now. Some of us could be in wrecks, some of us might take ill, but life is not a given. I want to tell you all that you are appreciated, and God bless you all. My prayers go out to those in NYC, DC, PA, and around the world.

Exactly. It's times like this that you realize what is really important--all the wonderful people in your life. I haven't been around this place too long, but I've gotten to know a few of you. Anyway, I hope this tragedy will only make us all closer.

*sniff* OMG. It's so weird because as soon as I got home from school I was like "PLEBA! MUST CHECK PLEBA!" and I did and there were already threads about this.

It really does get you thinking about what's important and brings out the believer in everyone. I'm a Catholic, but I mean a believer in anything -- God or just peace. It doesn't really matter because we're all ppl. (human on the other hand....)

OMG! I love youse guys. *reaches for Bono's exceptionally long.....sleeve* *hoooonnnk* *snuff* *sniff* It'll be hard to get sleep tonight though. Think I'll put on the UF cd again.

Now that I'm away from all of my friends, there are sometimes that I feel like you guys are the only folks I have to talk to. You are all my buddies...

Just like family, we laugh together and at each other, we complain about silly crap and about each other, we offer words of comfort and support, we give each other advice (even if not asked to), we educate one another, and today we share our tears and grief....

I feel close to many of you and worried about many of you today until I "saw" you in the posts.
