I have tried to fix it myself and ran through all the programs to find why I have no sound and couldn't find anything. Any suggestions?

1. Check speakers with something else, it could be the speakers fault.
2. Check computer with other speakers, to make sure your sound card works
Which ever one doesn't work, if you can't fix it, try getting a new one. Both can be bought fairly cheaply...

Did you get it fixed? If not, you on Windows XP? If so, i'd suggest Uninstalling the Soundcard and rebooting then it should automatically reinstall it and be fixed. My aunt had this problem and I walked her through it on phone today.
