Ughh it's been hot and muggy here in San Francisco. I don't like the sun. I wish it was foggy and 50 degrees everyday.

Anyone agree with me?

Nope!

I get some S.A.D during the winter. I was starting to feel better about life since it was light out when I left and light driving home from work, but now the early DST has made it so it's pitch black again in the morning

Justin, have you ever lived anywhere that averages 1-2 sunny days a month, 0-32 degrees (for HIGHS), and blizzards Oct - April? Try it and you will change your mind!

I DO enjoy a good, violent thunderstorm every few weeks, as long as the cable/Internet doesn't go out.

It was -19 here last week with the wind chill, but sunny and almost 50 today. People in my neighborhood were out in shorts and t-shirts. I love that it's been sunny so much lately.

San Francisco's weather is just one of a kind. I mean I don't mind the sun as long as there is a strong breeze or just really cold. I grew up in Daly City which used to always be foggy and cold. So I am used to and love that weather.

I am used to rain, cold and grey skies. I love the sun.

I have very pale Nicole Kidman style skin so I don't really like too much sun either. I have the super ability of sunburn within 5 mins on a really hot day. I can also morph into an unconcious sweaty blob [fainting spell] when the mercury rises.

I sound like a broken record, but a place like that would be heavenly - especially if there were some nice mountains around too.

I love the sun. I'm so glad Daylight Savings Time was early this year so the sun would stay out longer.

There's not a single mountain in this entire state

I don't mind some snow every once in a while and pretty mountains and such, but you don't get that here. It is so gray and dark even during the day, you can't tell the land from the sky.

This = pretty snow, note the sunshine

I thought this thread was about the Sun, as in the "newspaper."

Anyway, I used to think I hated the sun until I moved to England where it rarely visits (even though Norfolk is supposed to be one of the sunniest areas of Britain). Now I think it's just heat and humidity I hate. I do miss things like thunderstorms, though. Weather here is very bland, and people go insane if there's any variation.

I enjoy some sunshine...but not a lot of heat. I hate being hot. :( My wardrobe is also better suited to fall and winter.

I do hate it when it's sunny on days I just want to stay inside and be lazy...because then I feel guilty, like I should be outside doing more productive stuff.

I LOVE thunderstorms and rain. I'm happy when it rains...but sometimes I'm happy when it doesn't. :crack:
