Sula, I have found this transcription to be very helpful, especially playing along with the acoustic version! http://www.guitartabs.cc/fetchurl.php?filename=/u/u2/stuck_in_a_moment_you_can_t_get_out_of.crd

It just doesn't have the riff tabbed out that starts when Bono sings "you are such a fool..." but that can be found at the U2 guitar archive if you need to learn that little riff.
