"Father Christmas with a begging bowl"

Well, today i was listening to "If God Will Send His Angels," and when i heard the line "see Father Christmas with a begging bowl", i tried to visualize that...and was immediately reminded of the old beggar in the video for "Please." He's this old man with a beard, holding out his hat for change, with a sign around his neck saying "PLEASE." I think that guy could pass as Father Christmas/Santa Claus if you put him in a red Santa suit.
Just thought that was pretty interesting.

Makes me think of the Salvation Army Santa's with the big kettles.
