Fantasy Hockey Leagues?

Anyone in a Fantasy Hockey league? I was thinking about joining one, but the truth is I have no idea how they work, so I don't know how to go about it. I signed up for one on NHL.com, but there were no leagues listed when I had to chose one.

Can anyone recommend a good place to go, and maybe some "Fantasy League Rules for Dummies" info as well?
