do you guys know if the collectors eddition will be available in canada? and
1. How much will it cost in canadian dollars (roughly)
2. The collector includes the DVD, booklet, cd and fast cars?

Universal Canada tells us no North America versions will have Fast Cars. But I am sure some stores will be importing the UK versions which will have the song
