Hi all

I have just recentley started collecting U2 bootlegs and possess the following:

New Years night, Dublin 89
Zooeuropa - Dublin 93
Zooropa Down under - Sydney 93
Mexico 97 (Popmart)
Nuremburg 97
Sarejevoo 97

Does anybody know of any more classic concerts I should look for, especially from the Joshua Tree period.

Thanks in advance for any help

Mountains and Deserts 11/7/87 is one of the Best JT Tour bootlegs out. I can help you with a CDR copy if you are up for a trade

As for classic JT concerts, you should definately check out Rock's Hottest Ticket (Chicago, 29 April 1987) and the Joshua Tree On Fire (San Francisco, 25 April 1987) is excellent too.

Then there is Another Time, Another Place (Boston, 6 March 1981), an excellent recording of the Boy Tour. The recording of Lido Beach, NY (13 December 1981) is a very good one from the October Tour, as is Riverboat President (New Orleans, 11 February 1982).
Oh, and should you be interested in the War Tour, then there's the Complete Boston '83 Tapes (Boston, 29 May 1983).

C ya!

Actually get this concert, but dont get the Mountains and Deserts version. The Back In Denver version is a re master from a version that is right off the master VHS and it blows Moutains and Deserts away.

Also not listed yet would be the full Red Rocks show from 1983. From Popmart I would recommend Santiago Chile 1998 and/or Sao Paulo Brazil 1998. Great shows and excellent quality. From Joshua Tree I would suggest one that doesnt often get suggested. 5-8-87 Hartford is an excellent audience recording (almost as good as 4-29-87 Chicago) and the setlist is absolutely outstanding.

I agree with Popmartijn in regards to Lido Beach, NY, 13/12/81. It is a fantastic concert, and my favourite recording of I Will Follow is from there.

Could any of you guys help me out with getting some U2 bootlegs? I really want to get some but do not know where to start. I have Rush, Black Sabbath, and Led Zeppelin bootelgs, but I don't know if anyone would be interested in those for trading. If you can help me out, either PM me or email me at ledboots@pinkfloydfan.net. Thanks a lot.
