Are they any good? Are they made by the average Joe in the audience? How do you know what you're getting? Tell me what you know, because you know a lot.

It's much the same way audio bootlegs are. Either very good or very bad. The pro-shot videos are the best quality you can get. I have a couple of those, the Syracuse JT one being my favourite.

Sometimes average fans shoot them. The best fan shot bootlegs are the ones where a tripod was used. The Hamilton one is a good example.
