There's a burger joint here that serves Habanero burgers.

They make you sign a short contract before you eat one, promising that you wont sue them when outrageous things happen to you after eating said burger.

The buffalo ones are good too. And the pepper jack. Actually, I like all of them. The guacamole ones. But the habenero are the best.
