They haven't been just vox, guitar, drums, and bass live since late 80's early 90's. Hell even on the UF tour they were using loops at their live shows. But starting ZooTV is when they used them extensively.

Not exactly. Turn it up, can mean just turning it to a respectable level. Turn it up loud, is that point where you can feel the volume. I'm pretty sure it's "Turn it up loud captain".

Title is pretty self explanatory. This is not a this album sucks, this album rocks :blahblah: This is purely a thread about which albums sound the most dated to you, if any. To me War is the only album I really can't listen to anymore, sounds extremely dated.

I understand that, but most people wouldn't know what I was talking about by calling it a falsetto, for most don't recognise that as a falsetto. I wouldn't call it "operatic" at all. It just goes to show that Bono really perfected his falsetto during Zoo TV.

I think his LT voice is overated. He had this Kermit thing going on that is really irritating.

They will remain in the top 5 for decades to come. GnR will just be a blip, top 25 for awhile but future bands will soon push it out of that ranking.
