    locating an old fic

I'm looking for an old U2 gen fic called "The Prime of Their Lives". Don't know the author name, but she posted on here as 'elizabeth' - or did in 2002. She used to be on fanfiction.net as well, but the link I found was broken. This was a pretty cool old fic and I'd like to be able to read it...

Help with Bono's Band Intros, please!

I was at the Toronto show and have been trying to find out what Bono said while introducing the guys - was explaining something to my cousin at the time and missed it. Is there a thread or anything where people have transcribed or posted videos of the intros from shows? There are other shows...

    Drum kit setup

Hi there, I'm new to this side of the board. I'm hoping someone can help me out - I'm trying to find a diagram or picture (preferably bird's eye view/overhead) of Larry's full kit for the current tour. I found one from an old thread here, but it's from before the tour officially started, so I'm...

    2011 Calendar Scans?

I'm hoping some kindly soul with the new calendar and a scanner will be generous enough to share... :cute:

    Looking for a fic...

I found a fic about three years ago on the old U2fanfiction.com site and haven't been able to find it again. It's called "System of a Down" and is Larry-centric. Would anyone be able to point me toward it, or have a copy saved? I'd really appreciate it!

Hoping someone caught this rhythm-section moment...

A good friend of mine was at the 9/13/09 show at Soldier Field in Chicago. We're both Adam and Larry girls, and she was telling me about a great moment during 'Crazy Tonight', when the two of them were leaning back-to-back. She got some great pictures from the show but unfortunately this...

RSOC 319: Show a bit of skin

I'm loving ClaytonsKitten's Adam thread, but it's been about two months since we last had an RSOC meeting here at PLEBA. A wonderful friend of mine is spending today sitting on the GA line in the Arizona sun. When I told her I was going to start a thread, she requested 'his CHEST!!', so this is...

North America program pic - Larry

Hey everyone. Has anybody scanned and posted the picture of Larry from the NA tour program? I've seen the European one (and love it) but not this one. Magpie

    RSOC #307: On holiday

It might be cold in Ireland during Christmas, but who knows where our sun-loving bassist might be celebrating his holidays. How about some pictures of Adam looking tanned, happy and healthy? Any era/age. A shirt is, of course, optional. Okay, so you can't really see his face in that one, but...

RSOC #302: Want a close-up of that face...

Let's see some nice, lingering close-ups this week, hm? Any style, any era.

    RSOC #277: Rearview

I couldn't let another week go by without an Adam thread, so for the first time, I'm giving it a go at starting one. Hope no one minds!

    Adam's rings

I was wondering if anyone knows who designed or made Adam's shamrock and/or claddagh rings. I'm quite taken by the designs and want to know if the green elements are gemstones or enamelling. I know it's quite a specific question, but I'm hoping someone out there has an idea. Thanks very much.

    Adam as a trickster

I keep seeing mention of Adam using superglue on his bandmates. Bill Flanagan mentions Adam being something of a prankster in his book, but I don't remember anything specific. Are there any stories out there, verified or not?

    Adam pictures with Larry

Does anyone have good pictures of the rhythm section? I have plenty from pre-Pop, but would like to have more recent ones. Thanks!

    Greetings from Philadelphia

Hey there. I've been a U2 fan for twelve years but have only recently brought my interest on-line. I've seen three of their concerts, but as I tend to get panic attacks around so many people I doubt I'll go to another. I prefer to admire from afar, I guess. Adam I admire tremendously, for the...
