Throw Your Arms was actually sound checked for this tour?

Complain & regret: Why so many songs sound worse on 360 ...

I have to say, it seems Bono is at least really into MW

The New Year's Day bass riff is iconic...

It, like Streets, always seems to have energy from the band.

    unkown caller gone???

It was rotated out a few times for UTEOTW. However, I'd like to take a moment to say, UC - UTEOTW - UF would be a sweet ass combo... and yes, as cool as Elevation is for a crowd pleaser like WOWY (and we all know about that one), UTEOTW truly maximizes the Claw. And UC is just plain damned sweet.

    WOWY - what happened ?

He (bono) hits notes and phrases in other songs these days that show he could do it justice. It just seems they don't feel impassioned to play it.

(05-11-2008) Video: Bono on the Make Poverty History Campaign - Guardian.co.uk*

was that just some bad bed head, or is Bono getting a little halo up top?

Never thought I'd say it...'Streets' has lost it's energy.

Gotta weigh in. Bono says often, as he did a few weeks ago, that they could have the absolute crap concert, but when they play Streets, it's like God walks through the room. I.E. it's their anchor, the one song they feel as a band, they can always go to. When you hear Strees begin, it's like...

    Favorite/Best Show on this Tour

For people who have been to many of the shows thus far, and for people who have heard a lot of the shows- What do you all think the best show has been so far? My personal pick, having only heard the boots, would be Glendale Night 2. The whole concert seemed very tight, and they flowed very...

MERGED->Bad reviews of U2's concert in Chicago+Chicago dinosaur writers rip u2,again

Yeah, I'm kind of in agreement with most people here. I think what strikes me most is how they are going for a rock show this time out, and not a greatest hits show. Good to see the critics are able to see that.:eyebrow:

MERGED->please drop Bullet and Elevation!+already bored this tour

This post is boring... especially for people whp want to hear and see U2 concerts that ARE NOT U2 greatest hits concerts!

    with or without you?

I love With or Without You. I think it's good live. But I agree with most people here who say there is an energy that just isn't on it. And if it goes away, and comes back later with an energy fine. Bono, I am SURE can most likely sing it again. Bad this time sounds nothing like Bad from...

Ok, what really happened to Bono's vocal chords...?

Okay, as an informal singer, yet a connaseur of great voices, AKA Sinatra et al., there are a lot of things to take under consideration. I also have experience in health and aging too. I'll explain this shortly. I too, agree with many people that his voice is the best it has been since the early...

MERGED-->March 28, San Diego Sports Arena

Okay, I waited a while to say this. But I feel I must. It is a rock show. And even though, I prefer mine technically correct, rock and roll is raw. I listen to it via the net, and I had may thoughts. I would like to add my two cents to a few different perspectives out there. 1.) at the beginning...
