How long does it generally take to add an extra date? A day? A week? I've heard they add them the day of.

Has U2 added a lot of extra dates for sold out cities in the past? Omaha is such a small market, that it may just be wishful thinking for another date (despite selling out in a matter of minutes), but one can hope right?
