Hey runnergirl, I'm gonna check with my credit card company and see if the transaction is pending. The tickets are definitely yours if you want them but I'm not sure if the transaction has gone through. I think you should try to get to tickets tomorrow anyway just in case mine fall...

Guys, I got a confirmation from ticketone for 4 Rome tickets that I bought but the when i was buying them, the website crashed after I put my credit card details in. Do you think the order has been processed? I've sent them an email but have no knowledge of the Italian language!!! Oz

I went through the same thing for Madrid tickets and they got back to me in a few days to say that they had no more tickets and did not take any payment. Their payment system is rubbish, it lets you buy tickets even though they're not in stock!! Gets your hopes up!! ticketone have suspended...

I rang them up twice in one day. I called up about 6ish and they called me back in an hour. Try talking to a girl called Rachel, she really helped a lot.

Just got my tickets reinstated, the person I spoke to at TM was great. U2!!! WHoohoo!!

digsy, did you wait for them to call you back? I've had the same problem and the guy at ticketmaster said he couldn't do anything and that his supervisor would have to look into it. Hopefully they sort it out and they said that they would call back today but I'm not holding my breath!
