What about Love and Peace or Else? I thought that was a pretty good opener too. It totally energizes the show. However, I do think Elevation was the best opener (from the Elevation tour). Can't really compare the other openers since I haven't seen them.

i listen to zooropa more than JT. the only song I listen to on JT is In God's Country. but i usually listen to all of zooropa. BUT... i definitely sing more JT songs in karaoke than zooropa songs. :wink:

just wanted to share this video clip that i took of Beautiful Day during the first LA show (Nov. 1). Pardon the horrible cinematography. I was torn between filming and trying to enjoy the show. Also...pardon my horrible singing in the background....you can barely hear bono's voice over...

i have to say i had a great time...more so because of bono's theatrics and the band's energy and mood rather than the setlist. i love achtung baby and i wish he'd played more songs from that album... i heard they played "who's gonna ride your wild horses" in some other shows and i was hoping...

hope this info isn't too late.... they do allow cameras in staples center. they did last night. that one show in april, i think they didn't allow cameras cuz i think that was the show where they were shooting an episode of entourage.

i think people with seats should come before 9 PM... that is usually the time when U2 starts. if you want to buy t-shirts or souvenirs or whatever, i suggest you come by 8 PM, because the lines get really long. i almost missed the opening for U2 because i was in line trying to buy a t-shirt...

GA Line etiquette i have GA tickets for next week's show. i am planning to get in line really early in the morning to get a good spot. my friend is supposed to go with me, but she can't wait in line with me until later in the afternoon. is it ok if i just wait in line and that she joins me...
