I'm bringing my 19 yo son (he'll be 20 by the concert date). My 16 and 7 yo sons are staying home with dad.

Thanks for your reply, Lancemc. I did some more searching and confirmed that Wachovia's seating capacity is 21,000. Not bad. And there's always the nifty binoculars the center rents if we want to get a real close look at the band. :)

If my dh can't (he coaches a spring sport), my soon-to-be 16 yo ds said he'd go with me. I'm turning him into a U2 fan little by little. :wink: BTW, he could pass for a young Larry Mullen Jr.

Can anyone confirm how many people the Wachovia Center seats? I skimmed through the history of the center and it seems that 20,000 is the seating capacity. I'm trying to compare it to a dome close to home that I've been to for concerts and sporting events that has a seating capacity of nearly...

Yup! That's what I got for PHILLY.

2 "full view" mezzanine seats in PHILLY. I wanted the higher cost tix, but none available. :huh:

I got 2 PHIL GA tix at the opposite end of the stage in the mezzanine. I tried for $95 and even $160 tix with best available location and came up empty both times. :huh: Then I selected "any price" and got the 2 GA tickets without much of a wait.
