    U2's last great album?

ATYCLB. It will be remembered as their latter-era renaissance, which quickly receded.

    My last album review....POP

Please stinks:down: Some day I'll understand this board's love affair with that turkey of a song. No sign of a melody. They haven't done anything that shitty since, thank God.

    Lost: Season 3 countdown

The opening 5 minutes played like a flashback, then surprise! It's the Others REAL camp. That was cool. Juliet and 'Ben' are not on the same page. So now we know of 2 women who are potentially subversive to the Others' cause. Question/Flaw: If 'Ben' can send Ethan Rom to the tail crash site...

So, if U2 liscensed a classic for a TV commercial

Proceeds from every time it's played - the royalties. It's not silly. Lots of money there.

So, if U2 liscensed a classic for a TV commercial

I don't think they are that far off from doing something like that at this point in their career. I can picture "Desire" in a Nissan ad. Of course, they would justify it by sending proceeds to Music Rising or Africa Well Foundation, etc to try to lessen the horror for us loyalists. Led Zepp...

Larry and Bono: no album in 2007, Popmart and no Milan

It doesn't make sense for them to already shut down 2007, when we're barely halfway through 2006. They are already in the studio with Rubin - what, are they expecting to throw these efforts out, and start with someone else next year? Writing off 2007 makes no sense. I don't buy it.

The Official NFL Thread, Part One

Big notch in Eli's belt, I mean wow, after getting pounded all day, makes those throws... The Eagles have serious secondary issues. Michael Lewis is useless. Andy Reid has a proven track record of becoming conservative and predictable when leading, playing "not to lose". It may be time to think...

Indian Summer Sky vs. Bullet The Blue Sky

Seems like a fair fight. Bullet gets minimal respect around here considering it's a live staple that the band clearly adores...Indian Summer does have that cool breathing/panting thing going on in the chorus though:up: I'll say Bullet
