For 6/3 show, will there be a GA check in the night before outside The Forum venue? Anyone have some detail on where exactly it would be? If there is nocheck in the night before, how early do cars start lining up outside the parking lot to get in?

Yeah, my bf poked my shoulder during and pointed up at how the lights were hitting the clouds. It was really amazing.

oh correction - not my first stadium show - I saw PopMart....but it was a long time ago and it really was a whole 'nother ball of wax with the assigned seating all around.

Just a couple of my thoughts about the show This was my only 360 show - I would love to be able to go to another but its just not in the cards. The GA line went great - I was pretty stressed out beforehand about it but it seemed to be for no reason. Thank you to Nick and everyone else...

Anyone else just feel uncomfortably bad for Moonalice? It was awkward. I heard some ppl in the pit talking about how packed it was in there - and its been mentioned in here. So is that basically the consensus? It felt very very crowded to me but this is the only 360 show I have been to.

omg im exhausted - great show. GA line went well for me (was in B) - Nick you did good job thanks. Met some awesome folks !! Couple of hitches with some not-nice people but that is for another rant. :hyper:

yikes today was the longest day at work ever. Finally at home - hopefully should be leaving in about 1 hour. Should be in Oakland around 7-8ish. I hoping I show up in time to get a number less than 200. **crosses fingers**

Thank you for all the info Nick. I will probably be seeing someone to sign in tonight around 8-9- when I get to Oakland. I have a room booked at the Days Inn nearby, so it is good news that we can check in and then come back tmw am. One question - I think this one has been bounced around...

well Im rolling into Oakland tmw night .... Ill have to check things out and see how the line is. Then I will have to evaluate my devotion to U2 and see if it worth camping out for a night (even though I paid for a hotel room Mon night,....). Oh well - no matter what its always amazing to be...

Yeah, reading the updated parking info and looking and seating layout - they have to be confused about redzone vs ga tix. Do alot of Red Zone tix holders show up early early to secure good spots in the zone?

For me, its being able to store some items in the car that I don't want to lug around on a BART train and then have to trash before admission to the show. Especially when I plan on being in GA line for 12+ hours... I probably will need more than I can stuff into my pockets ;) If I had...

If they are saying they will let ppl on foot in early - 700am - will they have the Bart crossing open to get over to the colliseum or will they just let ppl walk in from the street level only? I am still trying to figure out the best way to get set up on the GA early and still have access to...

i actually used two brain cells and thunked them together and figured out, I can drive into the BART station , get in line then take the car over to the parking lot later when the open the lot. So it will work out just fine :hyper:

So there will be ppl at the BART overcrossing and ppl at the entrance to the parking lot? How will that work exactly? Last time I did GA camp out kinda thing in Oakland was about 10 years ago (Elevation )...so my memory is sketchy at best...but I dont remember alot of ppl waiting at the BART...

So I am going to the only one there at some gawd awful hour of the morning? :ohmy: I was planning on getting there about 7am - driving in and coughin up the 40 bucks to park whenever they open the lot.

I wasnt really happy with the way the Arena handled the GA ... it started out sounding great and being in good order... they have a good system set up with the wristbands but once they opened the gates, it was chaos. I was #7 in line and by the time I got onto the floor there were at least 75...

after this whole experierence, I wont mind hanging out at the local supermarket (as its the local ticketmaster vendor) this sunday morning.... it has to better than ticketmaster online... what a joke. :(
