3 Irishmen and a Dutchman Walk Into A Sphere - General Discussion Thread Part III

I think they were filming it, from what I could see in sec. 110. The same handheld camera type (with two grips) used to film Atomic City was used for the show.

Great sound quality tonight, and some serious filming from the B stage back to the main stage later on.

    DC #1 Setlist Open Thread

It was 100% being filmed - saw a few $100k Arri film cameras and other camera types including a GoPro on Edge's guitar for a couple songs.

TM Scalping Prime Seats Via Verified Resellers

It looks like up to one percent of the seats in the premium sections are up for resale with a huge markup. Years ago before presales and codes etc, the percentage was a lot higher.

Site says: "There is a 2 ticket limit for the Fan Club Presales. There is a 4 ticket limit for the Citi Presales. There is a 4 ticket limit for the Verified Fan Onsales." I assume this means up to 10 per verified fan for a show.

    eXPERIENCE or iNNOCENCE presale group

I thought the limit is per sale category, not overall tix per show.

No DC GAs with citi ($391 red zone was available). Got $76 seats just off the floor near b stage.

They can sell only so many VIP packages and they convert the remainder to regular seats. There's still plenty of opportunity as more shows are added. I had no problem getting great side seats in 2015.

June 20, 2017 - Washington, DC- FedEx Field

If anyone's taking Metro, the stadium website says the last train leaves at 11:27 - it's a mile walk away (plus possible lines).

June 20, 2017 - Washington, DC- FedEx Field

I've seen the strip mall lot (about 1/4-1/2 mile away) by Landover Rd before, but wasn't sure if they towed from that.

June 20, 2017 - Washington, DC- FedEx Field

The travel to and parking can be a pain at fedex field, but the reserved lot should help a bit. Hopefully the rush hour traffic won't be too bad (it was last time). They tend to schedule the DC shows midweek, possibly so that politicians etc can attend.

    Trump General Discussion VII

It seems that part of the reason they aren't using official crossings is the Canada-U.S. Safe Third Country Agreement. Wonder if that will be amended.

It looks like they found out it was NASA-owned after he mentioned it. Government devices are typically well protected with encryption, pins, etc.
