I think they should replace the Chicago DVD (Audio quality)

I'm sorry, but the audio quality on this DVD is unacceptable. I'm surprised there hasn't been more of a fuss made out of this. Edge's guitar halfway disappears during a part of Electric Co. and comes blasting back out when he's on the ramp (and you can hear Adam's bass way too high). Listen to...

With enough people being tee'd off about the "static" U2 setlists...

Maybe it'll be easier for me to get tickets to a couple more shows next tour. :)

Anyone keep the confetti from CoBL?

I was at the Philly show in May, back of the stage, and the few pieces of confetti the flew around eluded me. Stupid question, I know, but maybe a fun one...anyone catch the confetti and how many pieces did you get? :)

    Stage configuration for this leg

I'm not sure if it was mentioned before but does anyone have any idea if the stage/ellipse configuration will change any? I'm thinking it might. When you looked at the stage from a high angle, figuring the ramp into it (first leg), the entire configuration took on the form of a bomb. When they...

    Saturday Philly lot question

Anyone know what time these lots open and what a good time to roll in hassle free would be? Is 3-3:30 a decent enough time?

So that's what he meant by "Dress smart and comb your hair"

Just watching the DVD of that VH-1 All Access show and I see that not only does U2 have the cameras on them, they have cameras aimed at various parts of the arena as well. He said that he hasn't caught any nose pickers but he's caught a few head scratchers. Then his advice was to "dress smartly...

Should be a heavy show tonight now, huh?

With Pope John Paul passing on, I imagine that there's going to be some extra weight to tonight's show. Yahweh>'40' could be one of the most emotional renderings yet. And look for Psalm 116 (is that right?) to make it's return to Streets tonight as well. Soak this one in.

San Diego 2 - So pyched for tonight (thanks interference)

So pyched for tonight (thanks interference) It was said in another thread but boy, technology is truly amazing. Granted being in Jersey and having to work tomorrow will keep me from being up until two or three in the morning keeping track of the setlist, but I'll be awake early tomorrow looking...

So how are they gonna simulate an atomic bomb going off?

You know it's gonna happen. End of the last song before the first encore they're going to simulate an a-bomb that they couldn't dismantle. Magicians being brought in? They're not sawing anyone in half or pulling rabbits out of hats. Everyone's going to be a part of the show. A stage that's...
