Exactly. I'm sure it'll be fine as long as we are outside the stadium before the crowds. :-)

I'm doing the same thing you are..the 12:13am Amtrak back the city...I don't think there ever was a 1am train since I booked this a few weeks ago and was told it was the last until the 5:15am. The plan is to get out of the circle when the last song starts and make a run for it otherwise I'll be...

Thanks, I'm sensing this could go either way...I'm trying to avoid a similar situation that I had in Foxboro...relying on public transport/taxis did not go well! After that, I said never again but here I am again wanting to go to another show...Philly seems too close to NYC not to consider it...

Thanks, this is really helpful. I just want to make sure I can get from the stadium to the 30th St. Station to make the last train home before committing to going. If the train works for a crowd of similar size without too much of a delay it should be fine. Thank you!

Thanks a million, I did the same and found subway/trolley directions too...I guess I was wondering how realistic it would be to get to the station in under an hour after the show considering the crowds and traffic...I know I have waited 2 hours in a crowd crush just to board a train from Giants...

Transportation from Lincoln Financial Field to 30th St. Station Does anyone know anything about taxis/public transportation from the stadium to the 30th St. Station? I'm trying to figure out if I can possibly go to this show and make a 12:13am train back to NYC afterwards...that seems to be the...

I definitely prefer the arenas as well...even if the ticket availability isn't as good.

Ditto for me, I've got ads everywhere and no bites. I want to look forward to the shows and being in limbo about the Gillette dates is doing my head in! I'm sure it will be indoor arenas on the next leg so it should be a bit easier.

Oh yay, another roadblock in this trip that isn't meant to be. I just looked at the schedule and if it said Daily or Sunday I assumed the bus existed...I did a search for Boston South Station to Foxboro...I'll call tomorrow...or who knows, by some miracle, someone will buy my tickets so I can...

Really? I checked the route for Boston to Foxboro on Peter Pan for Sunday the 21st since I may catch that bus...there is a schedule but I didn't see anything about the station being closed. This could be a problem. Please, someone buy my GAs....I'm not sure I can spend another day overthinking...

Well...having been doing this since the early 80s I probably have some idea...! LOL I can only say that I was considering the o/n bus to avoid another hotel night in Foxboro but am not sure I could make the last bus out of Foxboro back to Boston the night of the show if I had to pick up my bags...

Yes...it's true...you could avoid the hotel altogether and take either the Peter Pan 12:10am bus (arrives at 4:50am) or the 3:30am (arrives 8:05am) at South Station....not that I'm trying to tempt you but if you really wanted to be crazy...you could! :hmm:

In the event that you are looking for a cheap way to get to NY from Boston, there is a bus service called Fung Wah that goes from Boston/South Station to Chinatown in NYC and back...it is only $15 each way and it is a 4 hour ride. Also, Peter Pan is I think $18 or $21 depending on the time you...

I'm with you on that point...this date shift is also making me not want to do practically 4 back to back GAs....I am so glad the train to Giants Stadium is finished....I was dreading that parking lot wait what with the porta-potty/no restaurants in comparison to MSG where I can zip home on the...

Sorry I think I am just not a good cut and paster, I may have posted my friend's page who I was chatting to on FB... I just discovered this U2 ticket trade on FB..maybe it will help those of us desperate to sell extras! Is it me or is it odd to see so many extra tix for U2 in Boston? I know for me the issue is logistics/cost/proximity to the rescheduled NJ show but I'm definitely wondering what is up with the...

Thanks..I guess I made a mistake when cutting/pasting the quote from Renee...I just thought since she worked at the stadium she might know about the shuttle/taxi/public transport situation. I got the info on the Great Woods Shuttle...I left them a message earlier but they never called back...
