It is plausible that the new single will be called "Soda Jerk"! It could include a new persona for Bono. The Young dude just arrived to the big city on the five o ´clock train, walks straight into a speakeasy and learns some truth about the World! And somehow it all has to do with Starbucks.

Oh - it was not really a rumor, more of a joke because of the Photo earlier. But sure - they could team up with a lot worse products. I mean WHO does not love a good coffee?

A member over at atU2 is saying that the Word on the street is that the new album will be called "Speakeasy" and is due in april. Its in their new album discussion thread. Could this be it?

This song makes me very optimistic about the album. Even though this may fall in the category "a pretty nice and catchy song" and not "epic masterpiece of songwriting for the ages" type song there is something about it that makes me feel hopeful. According to a Danish newspaper they were in Copenhagen for a Bachelor party. The newspaper was not able to confirm the name of the person WHO is about to get married. But apparently 3 private aircraft landed in Copenhagen over the weekend full of people attending the party.

And the project "Dark Night Of The Soul" is really good too. Any album where David Lynch cowrites 2 songs is damn cool!

He, it should most certainly be added to the Bingo card! And yes someone should be outside those walls recording - I mean, a sound that goes through rock and cement could consist of pure divine spirit and power. The album most likely will be named "The Walls of Jericho" unless some Heavy Metal...

I know an old german bombshelter from WW2 not far from where I grew up. When the album is out I will put my stereo inside this bombshelter, put the cd on and press play. Then I will leave the bombshelter, close the really thick Iron door and see if I can hear a damn thing. Or I will just send...

Hey - the news is this: Bono is getting lost in the music, the band is really badass and wants it and they have 6 reasons not to quit and a few songs that can be heard through thick walls. This album is going to redefine the sonic landscape of music no doubt. :cute:
