I got 2 GA's for Los Angeles.

Why would they be handling the situation differently with different people? WTF?

Is it possible that i'll get the "real" email sent to me after the 1st automated one?, or should I send a reply to the automated email they sent me?

I contacted both u2.com and ticketmaster saying that there was an error message everytime I put my password in. If this doesnt work out for me, i'm going to be really mad.
