Did you start using a VPN? If they detect a new location, then they will ask for this kind of verification. It happens to me whenever I use a new location (the ones that I very rarely use) on my VPN.

They were amazing. Though it was a festival so I was left wanting a lot more. But it was really cool to see them playing stuff from Fallen Empires since it wasn't released yet when I saw them opening for U2.
So apparently her dog is dying and she postponed(canceled?) her South American tour dates.
Now I don't know if she'll even come. I bought my ticket through ticketmaster, and they don't refund their fee.
