PM question
 

This is a recent problem. Sometimes I use return receipt when I send a PM. Lately, when I go back to check there is nothing in my message tracking box. I can't tell if the message was received or not. Has something changed? Is there a setting I can change to fix this?

Do you use deny receipt? If so the receiver can deny sending a receipt and that may be why it doesnt show.
