Barbara Lee: Profile in Idiocy
 

As reported in this forum months ago, Michael Moore awarded California Congresswoman Barbara Lee a "Profile in Courage" for being the only member of Congress to vote against granting President Bush the ability to act against the terrorists that attacked the United States on 9/11.

She has now stood for her principles again, being one of only four members of Congress to vote "present" (a non-vote, neither "yay" nor "nay") on another piece of critical legislation:

An official Congressional "Happy Birthday" to the ailing President Reagan.

How couragous.
