not that there's anything wrong with those threads and posts about what went down in the US yesterday but here is a story I found while browsing through Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting(FAIR)'s site. https://www.fair.org/press-releases/helms.html

I know we all know that Helms is a rather sordid individual whose beliefs are questionable at best. Was Bono just using him for the greater cause?
I would think so, but at the same time Helms did make some *apparently* genuine comments about Bono having opened his eyes.
