I interpreted it as "not ruined by makeup/beauty treatsment/plastic surgery". Ali tends to be very natural looking and not wear a lot of makeup or do a lot of weird/crazy things to her hair. And she's always been that way, even when she was young. So since SFS is supposed to be about her, that makes a lot of sense.
