I like the Angel of Harlem and When Love Comes to Town combo

yep, it's got a lot of punch, the band are clearly enjoying themselves, and the crowd loves it. plus it feels really lose, unlike Elevation and Stuck last night.

Ground Beneath Her Feet hopefully will see reemergence. it really deserves it and I think it would fit at this point of the show.

So much for my bet about AIWIY.

Still hoping it shows up though - could it be tonight's closer? It occupied that role effectively at a few Vertigo Tour shows.

next change will be Miracle Drug probably

unless they decide to grace us with Bad tonight, which hopefully they do.

I'm convinced AIWIY is going to close tonight. maybe they'll do five different closers in LA? wonder what the 5th would be :hyper:

So far this is the same set as Phoenix 2, albeit with OOC exchanged for TEC.

23 songs and Miracle Drug here we come

am I alone in thinking Fast Cars would be fun as fuck on the e-stage?

There was a period on Vertigo where Fast Cars replaced Party Girl as the silly song for loose shows. A cool period. A cool period that ended just before U2 came to Australia and New Zealand.

While watching U2's meerkat I kept thinking that CK should be loving it. Adam is just the coolest

There was no NOT watching it. I died a thousand happy deaths.

He is such a charmer. That meerkat thing being done by a crew member and then handed to a fan is a HUGE improvement. :applaud:

(Anyone else wish we had a live band feed for the WHOLE SHOW? :hyper::hyper: )

My favorite part of the Bullet rant this tour is the "You, me, the red and green..." up till the end.
