So how are the new songs holding up?

Which is surprising considering that this is a double album and people know the song 1979 by the Smashing Pumpkins which was on the second CD of their double album.

It's hard to imagine anyone besides hardcore fans buying the deluxe version, since the standard album was free and the deluxe just added 2 bonus tracks and different versions of SOI songs

Reading a lot of press reviews that claim the new songs are highlights of the show.

A few are going so far as to suggest that many of the warhorses are sounding quite tired....

I haven't seen much of that commentary around here, just the usual argument of warhorses taking up spots. Maybe One / Still Haven't Found because of the crowd singalong aspects, and Mysterious Ways still missing the slide solo, but that's about it..
