Could someone explain the MSG price points?

Probably gonna go for resale tix, and I wanna know how bad I'm being ripped off. The price points seem insane, with certain seats being unreasonably cheap, and others being insanely expensive. My concern is waiting for legitimate tix, only to be offered face value $300 upper deck seats.

What the hell are the price points for this sucker?

For a lot of MSG tix, the prices for the same sections have varied depending what day the show is and when you buy them - very much like airline pricing! On lowers 111-113 I think have always been pretty much $86 though and 101-103 at the opposite end have been $118. Secs 115-119 and 105-109 have always been $312. 104, 110, 114, 120 have had variable pricing, could be $118, could be $312. Also Secs 1-3 have been $118, $250, and $312 at varying times. Don't even know about the uppers, lol. The middle four shows have tended to have lower prices (but again, it's depended on WHEN you buy them) than the first two and last two shows.

On uppers I am pretty sure that at least Secs 210-212 and 223-225 have also always been $312 but the other sections on either side have varied as well.
