Did they tour with a production the size of the claw?

The claw shouldn't stop them shaking things up EVERY night. We already know they tend to have a seperate rehearsal room at each venue. Most concerts have a couple days gap between the next. There really should be no excuse I think.

I doubt they'd bring out a non-soundchecked song. I think HMwhatever + Ultraviolet is the most likely scenario, with the second most likely being just Ultraviolet and a set that's one song shorter than last night. But they've really been favoring 24-song sets lately (a good thing, I think), and I doubt they'd just randomly drop North Star without inserting another song (they might be frightened of that song after what happened the other night, but they could at least pull out EBW in its stead or something - or just not butcher the song).

I saw it live Wednesday at the RZ rail (up close really). I snoozed all the way through it.

Agreed.

ATYCLB needs left behind already. With the exception of Elevation, as it really is much better live, when the crowd is involved.

Left behind and buried six feet under. Elevation is more than enough.

Its just crazy the only way you will get massive set difference is by using minimal lighting, and this isnt going to happen with the claw,

Not only that, but the band is quite a bit older than they were on ZooTV and PopMart. Doing more 'concrete' setlists instead of shaking things up is probably easier for them now.

I'm just grateful that they are even still doing it, tbh. I really thought last summer after B's injury that they might call the whole thing off.

I may whine and bitch here along with everyone else, but in reality, just being able to go see them is a gift. I will be grateful to see them in June and July, and I will be bouncing along no matter what is on the set, just like the last two times I saw them. (Although, MW had better damn well be there, right behind Magnificent. )

Oh, I just realized that Stuck was played tonight in North Star's stead, and Wednesday was only 24 songs long because of Happy Birthday. So I really won't bank on HMwhatever and Ultraviolet tonight.
