the piano and bass of Edge & Adam was the first time I heard U2 LIVE in person in rehearshal in 1983!

it'll always have a special place in my R&R heart!!!

it partly makes up for the fact that I had to sell my tix for that show for an unexpected "obligation" .

SO where the concert was situatied was by the water and the CircleLine boat pier was where the concert venue was. SO a friend had given me a free CL pass. I fiugred maaayyybe they'd be rehearshing as we pulled out for the boat ride! and that's what happened.
I could just make out Edge on the piano & Ads on bass, but could really hear it! soooo cooool!!!
