Already waiting for 20 minutes or so.

This is quite a stupid system, since you don't know whether your reservation came through or not. And you can't try it again, because you might give a double reservation (which might be cancelled).
At least, with a normal setup, you first try for tickets. When you're lucky only then will you have to provide your personal details.

My first attempt wasn't succesfull....i received the order form again with my previous selection, and needed to enter my login and credit card details....
after that i received the confirmation screen...

Better wait. I also had it a few times that it wasn't showing the # of people waiting, but the process did complete.
