Here is a new 360 tour setlist I've been toying around with. It's a bit long, I'll have to cut it down somewhat:
*All lights are off as Fez opener begins to play over the speakers, the band walks onto the stage in complete darkness*

3 - Until the End of the World (rotate nightly with Zoo Station)
4 - Beautiful Day/Here Comes The Sun (snippet)
5 - Mysterious Ways (rotate nightly with Even Better Than The Real Thing)
6 - Get On Your Boots
7 - Magnificent/Stand Up Comedy (snippet)
*Return of the Stingray Guitar could work nicely right here*
8 - Glastonbury
*the 'acoustic/unplugged' part of the set comes in here*
9 - Stay (Faraway, So Close!) [rotate nightly with Trying To Throw Your Arms Around the World or Original of the Species]
10 - Angel of Harlem (played like it is on the U2 Go Home: Live from Slane Castle show. The Edge and Bono sing the first verse before the rest of the band comes in)
*I guess, In A Little While could go here if they were still interested in keeping the 'space' theme, but I think it should be omitted.*
11 - City of Blinding Lights/New York (snippet)
12 - Vertigo
13 - Discotheque (rotate nightly with Mofo)
14 - Last Night On Earth
15 - Crazy Tonight (remix)
16 - I Will Follow (rotate nightly with The Electric Co. or Out of Control or Gloria)

A few comments:
I kept the encores essentially the same. HMTMKMKM or UV could occasionally be rotated with Acrobat or Love Is Blindness, cause I think they could both work well with the show. I think UV should stay always cause I believe it to be one of the best pieces of work U2 has ever produced.
-I omitted lots of ATYCLB songs, because I feel like none of them really worked that well with the Claw, except Beautiful Day, but that's a given.
-I added several POP songs, only because the CLAW IS BEGGING FOR THEM.
-Lots of Achtung Baby love
-I put AIWIY before Streets because I think that is a beautiful transition between the two songs.
-Lots of rockers before the unplugged set of songs, mainly because I think the 360 tour audience should be bombarded with rock, then given a little break with a few acoustic/slower songs, then thrown back into the rock set and close the show with a bang.
-Just FYI, I think the current ending of the setlist (One > Streets > HMTMKMKM/UV > WOWY > MOS) is the greatest encore(s) U2 has ever come up with.
