Do we have any idea how the band comes up with their setlists?

Just curious.

And how much of an influence does Willie Williams have?

If anybody could share any info on this, I'd appreciate it.

I think Willie is a good influence on them for setlists. He does try to get them to try new things. I would bet that Gavin has some input.

Joe O'Herlihy has some influence as well. On Vertigo he is the one that made City the pretty much permenant opening song on the third leg and beyond. Bono asked him what they should open with at the beginning of the third leg and he said he liked City the best. It opened most of the rest of the tour from that point on.

Willie has significant influence as well. I think the most influence is obviously Bono which is unfortunate at times! ;) Bono is why we have Miss Sarajevo on this tour. :crack:

hahaha great replies to this thread.

however they do it, we need to find out and get Mofo on the set..............
