Mono or Stereo Tour

Is this going to be mono or a stereo tour. There are way too many panning effects on this album for it to be a mono tour. If it is an indoor tour i can possibly see it being stereo but what about the out door tours.

I had assumed that concerts were always mono.

I believe PopMart was the only mono U2 tour...
