Based off the last US tour. Hpw early can you line up for GA

I will be attending the Denver show with 5 friends who are U2 virgins and I want them to get a real taste of U2. I hear that the NFL stadiums let you line up no earlier than 8'o clock . Is that true or do people get there earlier than that. Please just share your experinces so I can gauge how early to get there. I want to be in the back of the inner circle,dead center.

Some venues try to create rules around when you can start lining up, but fans always find ways around it. Some cities will probably have people lining up the night before, just having the line somewhere off the property if need be.

I know in Chicago in 2009, the line started the day before the show and was near the stadium.
