Yes, it makes me sad. She had pretty much been in love with him since she was in second grade, even though he was 30 years older than her. Eventually, their stars aligned in 1994; and they got married. He has been in bad health the past couple of years (he celebrated his 92nd birthday earlier this month), but I feel so bad for her!
