Slow YouTube?

Has YouTube been slow for anyone else these past few weeks?

Almost all the videos I try to watch never load. Before they loaded pretty quick, but lately the loading time takes forever

Yes!! I loaded some new performance videos of my dog and they were really choppy (audio and video) the first few times they played. I was sooooo pissed, thinking that it was permanently like that even though they are fine on my comp. I spent hours on the vids. But after 2-3 playbacks, they stopped being choppy.

Noticed the same thing........The videos never loaded fully and did the stop and start thing for little snippets

When I've been using it today, the videos have loaded fine and the audio was fine too but the video quality (even on official videos) has been truly awful on a few of them (not all) even though when I watched the same video a fortnight ago it was fine.
