Nintendo Network @ E3 2011 - Introducing Wii U

this looks pretty nifty. totally hd (up to 1080p), fully backwards compatible with wii. what's really awesome is this new controller. it's like its own handheld console, and in fact can be played by itself without using the tv. you can also use wii remotes and balance boards with it.

should be out mid-2012.
